Proven experience in leading engineering teams or serving as a technical architect. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable software systems. Demonstrated expertise in conducting code reviews and mentoring senior developers. Skills: A strong blend of development, architecture, and leadership skills. Proficiency in software design patterns and principles. Ability to mediate and resolve technical debates and conflicts.
