We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Program Manager-Pricing, who is detail-oriented, self-starter, and passionate about developing strategy and launching products to support our pricing and promotion initiatives.
This role is both creative and data-driven - we are looking for someone who can lead strategic programs across a large group of stakeholders.
This includes strategy and execution, evolving the program(s) processes and tools, and developing mechanisms for tracking and auditing - all with the goal of delivering the right customer experience.
This role combines the need to think big about customer experience, price perception, scalability, and long-term automation, with tactical execution, delivery, auditing, reporting, and conducting reviews.
The right candidate has the ability to build relationships across functional stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs and customer needs to plan future work and program deliverables, strong communication skills, a deep sense of ownership, and an ability to shift between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
Key job responsibilities Design and own the strategic vision for the Pricing programCollaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap of enhancementsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail category management, finance, technology, and analytics teamsIdentify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partnersCraft compelling recommendation docs, launch announcements, senior leadership updates, and newslettersPrioritize roadmaps and make trade-off decisions in a fast-paced changing business environmentBuild and own mechanisms for business reporting, auditing, and reviewsOwn change management processes and communications for effective rollout and updates BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degreeSenior program management experienceExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end product deliveryExperience using data and metrics to drive improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Retail/e-commerce experience
