Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results. Job Description:Sutherland is searching for a Sr. Product Manager as part of our Conversational AI team. This team deploys consumer-facing and agent-facing solutions for well-known Fortune 500 level brands. Sutherland uses AI/ML technology to support customer care and sales programs for market leaders in the Media, Telco, Financial Services, Travel, Retail and other industries. As a Sr. Product Manager, you'll have full lifecycle product management responsibility for products within our suite that are used by customer end users as well as by agents, analysts and managers operations teams.
Lead the build out of our agent-facing Conversational AI products. Vital product leadership activities include defining/refining the vision and product strategy, and developing business, financial and operational plans.Evangelize your vision and excite others. Share your goals and rationale behind your decisions.Day-to-day product management activities include speaking with clients, defining and prioritizing requirements, working with designers and engineers to ideate, design, build, test, deliver and optimize our solutions.Work cross-functionally across client, partner and internal stakeholders to take products from conception to launch. Drive improvements where needed. Frame tradeoffs and drive the decision making process to push us forward.Lead, manage and/or mentor junior team members.Work with go-to-market teams on sales/marketing/demo materials and other collateral and provide subject matter expertise for internal, client, and partner sales efforts.Plan and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications:6+ years relevant experience required, including completion of functional, technical, project management, change management, and integration related deliverables.Deep understanding of software features, and the processes of ideation, validation, tradeoff evaluation and roadmapping.Experience in working with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering and Operations.Superior communications skills and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization.Skilled at problem-solving and decision making with the ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.Preferred: Experience in workspace design and understanding of the worker experience.Preferred: Track record implementing transformational applications into complex enterprise environments with leading best practices and thought leadership.Preferred: Experience in human powered customer engagement over phone or chat/messagingPreferred: Experience with NLP / Machine Learning Additional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
