As a Program Manager for Customer Returns and Recommerce, you will have end-to-end ownership of building innovative product solutions to improve the returns experience and provide seamless post-purchase programmatic support. The work will include identifying opportunities, defining/designing solutions, working with tech teams, measuring impact, and scaling programs.
