As a Sr Manager, Regional Sales SEA Africa, you will have a proven track record of successfully leading SaaS sales teams in SA. In this role, you will scale, coach, motivate and lead a team of Senior Enterprise/Commercial Account Executives who are selling our solutions to new and existing customers. You will develop a deep understanding of our product's value proposition to guide your team through the sales cycle. You will partner closely with our marketing, solution consulting, finance, legal, delivery, and CSM teams to eliminate barriers and accelerate deal velocity. You will be responsible for strategically planning territory alignment, owning the execution of our sales strategies across your team members, and accurately forecasting.
