The Purpose of the Role
As a Business Development Manager here at Honeywell Process Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market for Honeywell Process Solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product development and improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities

WE VALUE

University Degree or equivalent experience level
Experience in the industry
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.
Previous working experience in a complex organization
