You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market for Honeywell Process SolutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to customersConduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesProvide market feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product development and improvementYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent relationship-building abilitiesWE VALUEUniversity Degree or equivalent experience levelExperience in the industryKnowledge of market trends and competitive landscapeAbility to think strategically and identify new business opportunitiesExperienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.Previous working experience in a complex organizationOUR OFFER A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environmentMarket specific training and ongoing personal development.Experienced leaders to support your professional developmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
