SQL Developer - Office Based Requirements: Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of SQL Server, including database architecture, indexing, and performance tuning.
Proficient in writing, updating, and optimizing complex SQL queries.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with database backup, recovery, and security practices.

Work Environment: The role is primarily on-premise Must have the ability to manage tasks effectively in both settings.
There will be times where the candidate will work after hours and on weekends.
Candidate will be required to work on general database updates, data fixes, batch executions, etc.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases and queries to support business requirements.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Perform query optimization to ensure efficient database performance.
Implement and manage data updates, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Document database structures, queries, and workflows.
