Sql Developer

Purpose of Job
The role is for an excellent SQL Developer to contribute to projects for technical enhancement and functional changes within BI and Data Chapter teams. The candidate will be working with highly motivated professionals who take pride in the quality of their output. He/she will be involved in the full Software Development Lifecycle applying Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Direct Responsibilities

Strong Database skills (Stored procedures, triggers, indexing etc) - MS SQL Server / MYSQL / Oracle
Performance tuning - T-SQL Refactoring / Procedures and Models
Handles complex data models
Provides solid analysis
Writing Technical Specifications
Contribute to release management based on team rotation.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing, proactively ensuring that the applications and environments are in an optimal state, and promptly reacting to any issue or difficulty.

Technical Competencies

MS SQL / ORACLE / MYSQL
Knowledge in Power BI/ Cognos / QlikView and Qlik Sense
Exposure to Agile technologies
Interest in Insurance and Financial domain

• At least 5+ years
