We're an expert rim repair shop seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team! Our shop specializes in restoring and customizing vehicle rims, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and attention to detail.

*Job Summary:*
We're seeking a skilled Spray Painter to respray repaired rims, the ideal candidate will have experience with automotive paint systems, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities:*
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat to rims.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including flatting/sanding and cleaning.
- Operate spray booths and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless repair process.

*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience in automotive painting or a related field
- Knowledge of paint systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical ability to lift heavy rims and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with automotive spray painting and preparation.
- Familiarity with paint equipment.
