Sport Supervisor

System of quality management

Ensures that the sporting code areas are opened and closed on time. Players adhere to booking slots.
Monitor member and guest experiences, taking proactive steps to deliver top notch customer service and information to potential members.
Conduct tours and provide detailed information to potential members, showcasing our fantastic facilities
Keep all equipment and facilities in pristine condition, coordinating with maintenance staff for any necessary repairs and upgrades.
Assist in planning and organising exciting tournaments, matches, and other sporting events
Coordinate with external organisations and clubs for inter-club competitions.
Ensures all events run smoothly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Keeps up to date with the latest rules and promotions in each sporting section
Assists members with any sport-related inquiries or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
Handle any adhoc duties as require

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric
3 Years relevant experience
A deep understanding, passion and experience with two or more sporting codes being a distinct advantage
MS Office (Excel and Word).
