We look forward to your application!About the Role:As a key member of our squad, you'll design and enhance user interfaces and experiences for our software applications. Collaborating closely with our senior UI/UX designer, you'll turn business requirements into actionable design recommendations, conduct user research, and develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for software applications.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas.Conduct user research and usability testing to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio of design solutions.Proficiency in UX/UI design and design software (e.g., Figma).Experience with responsive design principles and usability testing.At MTN, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, grow your skills, and contribute to meaningful results.
