Specialist, Settlements, Investor Services Operations Job Overview Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking
Receive and process multi-asset class settlement instructions, within market stipulated guidelines for assigned clients.
Monitor and execute against exceptions and respond to queries to provide an accurate, timely, and quality Settlements service to our clients, Investor Services, and the business.
Qualifications Completed Matric
Degree in Finance or equivalent qualification
Experience Basic knowledge of and expertise in Securities, post trade services, and related products in the Securities Environment, which includes the processing of Equities, Bonds, and Money Market instruments.
Demonstrated client-centric behavior with the ability to interact with clients through various channels (email, telephone, and SWIFT) to understand and meet client needs.
