Specialist: Sap Finance

We are recruiting for a Specialist: SAP Finance Consultant.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce/Business, or Engineering in a related qualification.Certification in ERP system.Experience Relevant 5-7 years' experience in Business Analysis and FICO, including 3 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger and 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and Project System.Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like SuccessFactors, Payroll, and MM.Competencies Behavioural ResilienceCommunicationWorking with PeopleNetwork and AlliancesPlanning, Organising and CoordinatingEmployee EngagementPersonal MasteryJudgement and Decision MakingEthics and ValuesClient Service OrientationManagerial Change managementConflict managementCritical and innovative thinkingFacilitation and Presentation SkillsPolicy conceptualisation and formulationRisk ManagementProgramme/project managementService Delivery InnovationStakeholder development and relationsReportingTechnical Good interpersonal Skills.Good analytical Skills.Computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.Understanding of accounting business processes.Good understanding and practical knowledge of RAF policies, procedures, and practices.Finance Systems (SAP FICO).Document Configuration, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Business Processes, Blueprinting.Document functional designs, test cases, and results.Report Writing.
