Job Summary The purpose of the role is to be responsible for documentation, administration and coordination of key projects. Job Description CE Sat The 5 Gateways within the Control Environment Satisfactory (CE Sat) for Africa Controls and Processes details the process and procedures for the delivery of corporate projects in order to ensure effective governance, compliance and delivery. Ensure all mandatory documents at each gateway are up to date to achieve compliance.Improve current Electronic Filing System to comply with ISO standards.Create tick sheet with a standard list of folders and list non-negotiable documents per folder.Clear out hard copy documentation where final accounts have been submitted.List, Box and Archive on site in Storeroom 2 or off site with Stuttafords.Clean up existing current Projects documentation – Re-file, fold drawings, create drawing register/trackers where necessary and tidy up. Ongoing and maintain. Design Records Ensure Drawing Files are up to date for all projects.Ensure as-built drawings are up to date after every project closure.Ensure Revision Numbers Are Correct.Create drawing register for ORD project, liaise with client regularly with regards to outstanding drawings, duplicated drawings & numbering convention.Assisting with tenders (Drawings and Costing).Follow up with Quantity Surveyors on progress made with regards to measuring of distributed drawings and give feedback.Create Bill of Material.Make up files according to WBS Structure Codes.Scan documents when needed. Minimum Requirements NQF level 6 / 7 in Project Management.A Post-graduate qualification in a related field would be advantageous.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
