Specialist - Product.Customer Operations

The product specialist will be responsible for supporting the Product team with the development and management of products at Supersonic. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, within which product updates must be communicated, delivered and managed in a timeous manner. The role requires full end-to-end accountability of the updates, across both Supersonic and partner eco-systems (E.g. FNO Portals).

The Supersonic product portfolio are to be:

•continuously evaluated against the market to ensure relevance
•compliant in accordance with the relevant and appropriate legal and regulatory frameworks, inclusive of ICASA;
