Main Duties include:Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence to realise group economic efficiencies across the company as well as across the outsourced providers.Strong focus on delivery with the ability to lead cross functional teams, outsourced providers, as well as supporting the company and its subsidiaries.Must manage complex and dynamic environment which is always changing and evolving.Facilitate, drive and implement procurement best practices and standards.Develop & implement KPIs and manage exceptions across the group.Facilitate procurement related training sessions across the outsourcing providers, subsidiaries, BUs.Compile plans, processes, work instructions, training material and how to guidelines to provide an enabling environment to drive continuous improvement.Establish measures and controls to ensure and track successful implementation of plans in alignment with the overall KPI framework. Track SLAs and implement amendments/additional measurements when needed.Manage risk through continuous review of the environment and mitigate risk.Project manage procurement related transformational projects/solutions/initiatives across the GroupTrack customer satisfaction and compliance and continuously address performance barriers and efficiency improvements.Strong people leadership, internal and external customer relationship builder key to deliver required transformation.Support Procurement audit reviews across the group and mitigate any audit findings. Identify risks and implement controls proactively.Qualifications required:3-year degree / diploma (NQF level 6) preferably in Purchasing/Supply Chain/Information Management or Business Commerce.5 Years of transformational programme and project management experience, at least 2 years of which should have been in Procurement.Proven experience and success in the delivery of business process optimisation initiatives in large corporates.Preference will be given to:- CIPS or equivalent purchasing and supply chain qualification.- Prince2, PMP or equivalent project methodology
