Job Summary To develop and deliver existing customer management strategies and plans (e.g., retention, account activation, and cross-sell) for different customer segments across all channels. Ensure that business objectives and customer franchise metrics are achieved and exceeded, including managing of 3rd party relationships. Effective management and implementation of all existing customer marketing initiatives prioritizing based on value and volume contribution where applicable to drive book growth and market share.
Job Description Accountability: Portfolio Manager Manage and lead team, including team development and succession planning. Develop and implement strategies in line with business objectives. Analyze opportunities to grow business. Scout for joint ventures with 3rd parties to support business imperatives. Collaborate with other product houses for integrated propositions. Prepare decks for CP MBR and QBR. Review and approve briefs, messages, and customer treatment plans. Accountability: Specialist ECM Write marketing briefs. Analyze opportunities to grow business through cross-sell, acquisition, or retention. Brief and execute campaigns to the messaging team / CVM. Collaborate with other product houses when opportunities arise from campaigning. Manage stakeholders. Liaise with frontline to ensure capacity planning before campaigns are executed. Work with analysts to track and monitor campaign performance. Write operational and informational messages. Review marketing reverts before sending for approval. Work with CVM to move campaigns from CLO to Marketing Cloud. Education Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
