Specialist, Performance Management, People & CultureJob OverviewBusiness Segment: Group FunctionsLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To partner with the Head of Performance in the shaping, design, execution and adoption of the performance management practices, tools, resources and integration with business leaders and in every employee engagement touch point. To drive, own and deliver an integrated workforce experience, partner in developing the Performance Management CoE philosophy & methodology within Group CoEs/business units/corporate functions/geographies, using an in-depth understanding of the full value chain. Work with business to lead CoE initiatives for successful implementation. Drive continuous improvement & consistency of CoE initiatives, within Group CoEs & embedded counterparts, realizing CoE strategic objectives & relevance in an ever-changing environment.QualificationsMinimum qualificationsDegree or a 3 year Diploma in Human Resources/ Behavioural Science / Social Science / Business Commerce.A Data Analysis qualification will be an advantage.Experience requiredMinimum 10 years experience within People & Culture, with specific extensive exposure to Performance Management.Proven hands-on experience with excellent skills in documenting, presenting, explaining, implementing and demonstrating the performance management principles, ways of work, processes, the system, reporting, and analytics with the view to creating simplicity, relevance and integration.Must have the ability to display critical thinking, investigating, and analysing of multiple, often complex dependencies and realities that affect the effective roll-out and adoption of performance practices.Ability to display a proactive approach to exploring solutions, through stakeholder engagements and consultations, use of data and analytics, research and best practice examples.Extensive experience in managing and ensuring the continuous improvement of the day-to-day and end-to-end elements of the performance cycle in a responsive and proactive way.Demonstrate mature interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and guide different stakeholders in challenging and often deadline driven environments by taking a leadership role and listening to agree on workable solutions.Strong ownership of the role and scope is essential, with very little supervision.Additional InformationPlease note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.We will never ask for money or any form of payment as part of our recruitment process.
