Key Performance Areas - Support region in terms of learning needs - Implement learning intervention - Assess learners - Manage learning processes - Design learning material - TCF Formal Education - Relevant Tertiary qualification e.g., B. Com Human Resources - Occupational Directed Education Training and Development Practitioner Qualification (ETDP) or equivalent Technical/Legal Certification - Assessor scope with INSETA will be an advantage this means the job incumbent must have industry experience and a relevant qualification e.g., Wealth Management NQF 5 - Certified Financial Planner as an added advantage. - Valid drivers license Experience - At least 2 years experience in training and development - At least 2 years experience in the insurance industry - At least 1 years experience in facilitation
