The incumbent will be responsible for the underwriting of the WealthInsure portfolio with the explicit goal to achieve sustained profitable growth. The management includes determining and changing underwriting rules, pricing, and cover provided in conjunction with business partners.
The individual will design intelligent rules for referral underwriting decisions and be knowledgeable and experienced to provide creative and innovative solutions.

Experience Required Client Coverage
Experience in managing a personal lines portfolio
Minimum 5 years underwriting experience in Short term insurance
Good knowledge to analyse other underwriters' offerings, policy terms, and conditions, and to compare cover to the SIL offering and individual product offerings.
Identify gaps in existing policy terms and conditions and be able to close these gaps with the correct products and cover.
