Specialist, Insights & Governance, Talent Acquisition Job Overview Business Segment: Group Functions
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To enable a positive workforce experience for Talent Acquisition (TA) or designated BU/CF/geographies, by developing a TA insights strategy & setting minimum standards. To partner with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs & deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to TA, for decision making. To understand strategy and shifts in TA, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of TA initiatives implemented, to address needs.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
Degree in Social Sciences or Information Technology
Experience required:
• Minimum 8-10 years experience providing data and insights expertise to demonstrate impact and proactively identify issues needing attention.
• Demonstrable experience working with Talent Acquisition data and systems, and understanding the architecture behind Applicant Tracking Systems and related tools.
• Confidently act as a subject matter expert on data and insights matters and ensure the Talent Acquisition domain has the correct infrastructure/architecture to leverage all of its data sources, to provide relevant insights across the Talent Acquisition value chain.
• Must have the ability to define the Talent Acquisition insights strategy. Both the strategic insights as well as operational insights to help with the optimization of the function.
• Experience in compiling dashboards and reports on identified Talent Acquisition impact areas and assist in facilitating conversation to identify and suggest interventions to assist in addressing areas of concern and therefore enable the management of TA performance in real time.
• Proven experience in performing analysis on key metrics and recommend mechanisms with regard to improvements that can maximise efficiency to ensure best performance.
• Pro-actively monitor and track the success of initiatives/deliverables and recommend improvements to enable successful business solutioning/execution, through data driven insights.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, with strong collaboration, engagement and facilitation skills.
