Motus Retail Head Office has a vacancy for a Specialist: Human Capital.
This position will be suited to an experienced person who has the ability to provide advice, support and expertise to the divisional Human Capital team on HC systems and processes.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Payroll administration
Benefits administration
Recruitment administration
HC system administration
Data management and data integrity
Act as end-user administrator in maintaining the system, training or assisting users, granting permissions, creating security roles, inputting data and running reports
Be directly involved in user acceptance testing of the HC systems
Conduct regular/scheduled data transfers/imports between various systems
Define standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train HC system users to ensure broad-based system knowledge in order to minimize system support
Provide immediate responses to end-user requests for business process help and basic system navigation
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology application for all HC related technologies
Update user documentation and guidelines on an ongoing basis
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness and reduction of financial wastage
Build sustainable relationships with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience:
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment, of which at least 1 - 2 years' specialist experience.
Minimum Qualification:
Diploma: Management: Human Resource Management.
