The number 1 Top Employer in South Africa.Certified by the Top Employer Institute 2024.Role Purpose/Business Unit:To ensure that key business objectives of MAST are met through providing operational financial insight to the management team, to ensure effective decision making, informed by financial review and business intelligence through profitability analysis and reporting.Your responsibilities will include:Financial Planning: Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast including but not limited to the Long Range Plan, Annual Budgets and Rolling Forecasts for the full P&L and SOFP.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders. Provide analysis, insights and controls over targets and actual performance measures and KPI's Operating expenditure management: Ensure accurate reporting of opex and guide the business towards the achievement of opex targets through budgetary controls and the delivery of opex productivity initiatives.
