About the roleYou will be responsible for establishing and growing the Capitec Forex Middle Office by developing, implementing, and executing frameworks aligned with the Capitec Forex Middle Office mandate and risk framework. Your work will directly influence Capitec Bank's risk management strategy and policies concerning Forex. You will also be tasked with developing policies and procedures that enable the bank to grow responsibly in the Forex market. Additionally, you will design and implement financial and operational controls within the Forex Middle Office in accordance with operational, regulatory requirements, and the bank's overall vision.
