Specialist, External Reporting

Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To prepare and review the group and company annual financial statements, and the preparation of the financial information to be included in prospectuses for the group's note programmes.
Facilitate the successful delivery of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Companies Act, and JSE Listings Requirement compliant external financial reports.
Deliver & review the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) required eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) reporting for South Africa.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Post Graduate DegreeField of Study: Finance and AccountingExperience RequiredRegulatory Reporting:8-10 yearsThis role requires deep specialist experience in Finance, specifically statutory financial reporting experience at a multinational listed group of companies.
Practical experience in the preparation of annual financial statements and other year-end reporting requirements.
