The Job Requirements • Certified Measurement & Verification Professional • A Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP)• Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function.
Outputs Stakeholder LiaisonGenerate a specific and detailed Energy Efficiency Roadmap 2019 to 2030Analyse Energy Performance Indicators, provide statistical monthly and annual comparison dataDevelop cost optimisation indicators, maintenance requirements, energy projects planning & costingDevelop and monitor gas-usage forecast,Maintain gas permits, legislation and safety requirementsBCMMEskom Schedule and attend regular meetingsDevelop and maintain energy use and planning forecasts (Cost saving, CO2 strategy, energy Projects)Plant energy reporting for Production (Bodyshop, Paintshop, Assy) and non-Production DivisionsGovernment Energy Incentive ApplicationsCompile and maintain Plant carbon tax data, legislation requirements, payments due, co-operative agreements, future carbon emission reduction projects,Self-DevelopmentOwn skills training, maintain Government certification, new technology investigation
Qualification• Minimum Degree (NQF7) Electrical Engineering or relevant equivalent• Certification as Energy Auditor would be added advantageKnowledge and Experience• 5 years' experience in the Electrical Field
