Key Responsibility Areas  Develop network design as per client request  Implement network design in order to ensure technical performance, availability and stability  Provide inputs in the Network Architecture and Customer Solutions governance with regards to the implementation of solutions  Develop, implement and manage the Design and Planning Organisation to deliver on the business goals of SITA and ensure sustainability in service delivery from technology architecture and design perspective  Adhere to performance management policy to ensure optimum performance output to enhance service delivery  Responsible for handling queries of team members in relation to ERP (HR, OTL, I expense) 
Qualifications and Experience  Minimum: 3 year National Diploma/ Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering and CCNA – NQF Level 6  Experience : 3-5 years experience in the provision of ICT solutions, specifically within Network Architecture and Customer Solutions environment.  
Technical Competencies Description  Knowledge of: ICT environment Government IT Politico-legal environment SITA Business processes financial modelling Strategy development Infrastructure Planning, Solution Design and Implementation; Quality Assurance and Project Management; Business knowledge IT Models and Frameworks.
