Business Segment: Insurance & Asset ManagementLocation: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4To ensure effective and efficient resolution of the Corporate and Commercial claims and related account payments by adhering to the identified processes, procedures, standards and exercising appropriate discretion. Ensure delivery within the agreed SLAs and TATs of the assigned portfolio, by effectively engaging with all relevant stakeholders and clients. Ensure that all Group Insurance claims are registered accurately with various Insurers, validate and service claims and ensure that claims received from all stakeholders are covered under the Group's policies. Ensure the implementation of claims standards and processes as well as the maintenance of claims manuals and the Group Reference Guide (GRG).QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Higher Certificate in InsuranceRE5 (Representatives) passedMatricB.comLLBBroad, solid technical understanding of corporate and commercial policy wordings and claims.Technical background on motor, non-motor, and corporate claims.Experience RequiredCorporate Claims: 3-5 years corporate claims experience; typically, 5 years corporate claims experience required.Broad, solid technical understanding of corporate and commercial policy wordings and claims.Technical background on motor, non-motor, and corporate claims.3+ years commercial representative experience in intermediary services within Commercial lines.Information Technology: 3-5 years computer literacy in MS Office Suite and MAVEN System previous exposure.
