To ensure effective and efficient resolution of the Corporate and Commercial claims and related account payments by adhering to the identified processes, procedures, standards and exercising appropriate discretion. Ensure delivery within the agreed SLAs and TATs of the assigned portfolio, by effectively engaging with all relevant stakeholders and clients. Ensure that all Group Insurance claims are registered accurately with various Insurers, validate and service claims and ensure that claims received from all stakeholders are covered under the Group's policies. Ensure the implementation of claims standards and processes as well as the maintenance of claims manuals and the Group Reference Guide (GRG).
