Job DescriptionRequired for a well-established company based in Fountainbleau.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuy SmartlyPreparation of Purchase ordersDealing with various suppliersDealing with Bureau VeritasSADC certificatesDealing with the warehouse and transportersCollating the delivery and collection of documentsCollating of supplier's tax invoicesNegotiating discounts and rebates with suppliersNegotiating transport ratesLiaising with the Accountant'sPreparation of export tax invoices and necessary export documentsBuilding of trucks for your clientsHandling transport insuranceLiaising with Clearing AgentsLiaising with Zimbabwean teamMaintaining a detailed tracking sheetMaintaining client relationshipsAttending to client quotes within 48 hoursThis role is specialised as it is not your normal buying position. Candidates must be able to buy smartly for Zimbabwean/Mozambique/Zambian clients who are in mining, farming, or construction industries and in turn be able to handle the cross-border export of the goods.Desired Experience & QualificationsMatricMinimum 5 years relevant experience within a procurement export sales role.
