Candidate must understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and help envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.Responsibilities:Collection RunsPerform Collection Runs/Feedback/ReconciliationsPerform Collection StatsProvide User Support (User Orientation)Define and document customer business functions and processesLiaise with business to understand requirements for any new systems or updates to existing systemsCommunicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a wholeBusiness/Impact AnalysisIdentify current- and future-state business processesFacilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholdersCreate, analyse and validate business requirements and high level functional specificationsProject Scope AnalysisDeliver elements of system design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes or other detailed deliverablesAnalyse the feasibility of and develop requirements for new system and enhance existing systems, ensure the system design fits the need of the userParticipate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionalityReads and interpret case management systems and functional technical literature and translate in terms understandable to the end userConduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents core to business rules, functions and requirementsUse data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changesConsider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have madeIdentify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendationsGain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the businessCommunicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concernProduce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessarySupport the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issuesEnsure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluationRequirements:IT related degree/diplomaMicrosoft Certification - advantage5 years' experience in Business Analysis2 years' experience in IT Development2 years' experience in Project managementMicrosoft Framework (SQL, .Net, C#, WCF, WPF, ASP.net; MVC, OOP, K2, SharePoint, Kanban, Scrum)Send your CV and latest pay slip to ****** Recruitment and Tempswww.aaaa.co.zaPosted 2024-05-25
