Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4
To Design, implement and manage strategic behavioural science change interventions and projects. To Drive and operationalise experiments at scale, to ensure quantifiable and commercial value for the organisation and act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and project manage individuals across the business to implement agreed work projects and lead other team members. Operate across various functions such as analytics, digital, segment, marketing and channel.
Qualifications

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Human Resources, Psychology, Quantitative Studies

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Social Sciences,
Experience Required Behavioural Science
1-2 years' experience in engaging senior-level clients in one or some of the following sectors: financial services advertising, marketing, human resources, behavioural analytics, social research or similar. Proven track record in advising clients on and implementing projects and programmes.
3- 4 year's Deep knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry, its products, customers, channels and customer experience. An In-depth and up-to-date understanding of the applications of the behavioural sciences to business problems specifically related to customer experience (including customer journey mapping, A/B testing, as well as behaviour change and financial performance measurement) with a good understanding of customer data.
