MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo coordinate the effective and efficient running of events according to prescribed legal standards and company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASCoordinate running of eventsEnsure all legal standards are adhered toBuild relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholdersEnsure all documentation per event is completed and submitted for billing and paymentEnsure all MHR staff are properly dressed and their behaviour is in line with ER24 valuesEnsure all vehicles and equipment are maintainedPromote further learning amongst MHR staffREQUIRED EDUCATIONDesired education: Diploma/Certificate in events management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEEssential minimum experience: Experience in events management/coordination
Desired experience: 2-3 years event management/coordination
