Participating in project planning and decision-making processes. Representing the company at industry events and conferences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Professional engineer certification preferred.
