Spare Parts Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Lead the sales team, meet targets, and maintain customer relationships. Provide product advice and resolve customer issues. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Senior Sales Coordinator. Conduct regular training and set clear performance goals. Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, procurement, and production to process orders efficiently. Import & Export: Manage spare parts shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and identify growth opportunities. ERP Systems: Use ERP systems to streamline sales and inventory management. Qualifications: Business degree or related field. 3-5 years in sales, preferably in mining/manufacturing. Knowledge of engineering parts and ERP systems. Strong leadership and communication skills.
