We have an exciting opportunity at our Mechanisation – Malmesbury Engineering, and we're seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.Job SpecificationThe incumbent will be responsible for sales and all aspects relating to the sales of spare parts of the branch.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 qualification2 years relevant spare parts knowledge and sales experienceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independentlyKey performance indicators include:Sales of spare partsResponsible for ordering of stock and direct ordersMovement of goods recorded daily, accurately and on-timeStock takes recorded accurately and on-timeControl of effective stock levelsIdentify and control old and stagnant/slow moving stockStock rotations recorded timeously, accurately and on-timeInform clients on product offerings and applicationSecures quantity, quality, and sale of product offeringOrganise own work effectively to complete tasks on-time and per priorityReport functional information on time and at the right qualityApply practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods consistentlyAlways maintain store hygiene, housekeeping and safety practicesAd hoc functions relating to the aboveKey Leadership AttributesThe incumbent would need to have the ability to progress and add continuous incremental value – having impact.Dealing with complexitySound pragmatic judgementSelf-awarenessAchievement orientationEmail your CV to ******
