As the Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent, your job will require you to assist all Spanish users/clients telephonically and provide support. You will respond to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat, and email), ensure that all communication (in Spanish and English) with users/clients is of the required quality, and ensure that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner.
