Space Planning Administrator

A position has become available for a Space Planning Administrator to join our dynamic team.To provide administration support to the space planning department for all space planning projects through collaboration with various Space Management departments and coordination of space planning activities.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASPlanogram Administration:Collate and maintain floor plans ensuring that received plans are checked against the register with drawing numbers recorded.Make necessary changes as required and pass onto store development for updating CAD files and ensure that the store receives updated copies.Obtain modular photographs from stores for respective categories and compare against the category's planograms based on criteria set out in the compliance scorecard.Data Capturing:Obtain images and dimensions and capture data into the space planning platform.Follow up with suppliers to ensure correct dimension and images are in the correct format and are sent to the space planning department.Capture the product dimensions into the space planning platform.Communication & Reporting:Manage and align new products with the space planning platform and distribute to space planners timeously.Run planogram publishing report and update the space planning manager.Monitor the ETC and space planners' response to the calls.Identify and resolve any administrative or logistical issues that may arise during space planning initiatives to ensure smooth operations.Ad Hoc:Perform general administrative tasks for the space planning department.Performing any other tasks requested by management.Minimum Requirements:Matric.A Business Administration or other related qualification.2-3 Years experience in the retail space.Ideal Candidate Attributes:A vast knowledge of the space planning environment.Must be credible and be able to adapt easily.Good self-awareness & self-management.Kindly note: All applications are to be submitted through the Careers Site and Pnet.
