TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 17:00 (2x evenings PER MONTH - you will work as host until 21:00)45 hours worked per week 2x Weekends OFF per monthHospitality environment - trading all public holidays including Christmas, New Years & Easter, etc.Flexibility is key REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: Private accommodation (3-bedroom house, family & pet friendly) + Water & Electricity Medical aid contribution (Discovery)Provident Fund contributionTotal Cost to Company including benefits R19,310-00 per month GROSSQUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Must have own, reliable transportAbility to work shifts as required seasonally (including major holidays)Beautifully groomed, well presented and professional appearanceCertification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSPTHREE years' experience in a Spa Management (Ship / Spa)Cruise ship employment experience highly beneficial (but not essential)Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammarSpa software experience, must be computer literate & confident in ESP Software (preferred)Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainingsAble to lead and develop employees and services
