Spa Therapist - Stellenbosch / Brackenfell

Luxury Spa at a Hotel in the Stellenbosch / Brackenfell area is looking for a Spa Therapist.
Responsibilities:

Treatments include but are not limited to massages, facials, and pedicures and manicures.
Guest service and relations.
Maintaining hygiene standards.
Equipment maintenance.
Managing stock levels.
Marketing of the lodge treatments on offer.
Basic reception work in the spa.

Requirements:

A valid license to practice as a massage therapist, where required by local regulations.
Knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
Formal training from an accredited institution.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and support junior staff.
Effective communication skills with guests and fellow staff members.
Well-organized and prefers to work in a clean environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment.
Initiative to problem-solve and collaborate with fellow staff.
Adherence to high service standards to ensure the best quality of service.
