Overview
Mont Rochelle Spa therapists provide the overall Spa experience to our guests from their arrival at the spa until their departure, including all arrangements and treatments.
What's my contribution
Promotion of the spa to in-house guests, advising them of the treatments and retail products available.
Spa areas are prepared and ready for guests.
Welcoming guests to the spa as per Company standards.
Performing treatments according to guest's preference and ensuring their wellbeing throughout the treatment.
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Upselling of spa products.
Reporting any maintenance issues and ensuring they are fixed timeously.
Responding to guest feedback in a positive and timeous manner.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience within a 5* spa environment would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills including telephone etiquette.
Relevant spa qualifications/training.
Ability to work on Excel, Word and Outlook.
Driver's license and own transport (if not residing in the Franschhoek Valley).
What's the deal?
Competitive Salary
Commission: Between 5% and 10% on all treatments performed and retail sold.
Hours: Usually five days per week, as per operational requirements.
Provident Fund: 5% Company Contribution (and 5% deduction).
Annual Leave: 15 working days plus an additional day off for your birthday.
Notice Period: One month (after successful completion of the probation period).
