Spa Therapist

Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment is looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to the team at a Luxurious 5-star Wine Estate. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional spa treatments and experiences to the guests, ensuring they leave relaxed, rejuvenated, and looking forward to their next visit.
Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, and advanced beauty therapies.
Perform treatments with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Assess guest needs and customize treatments based on their preferences and skincare requirements.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa and treatment rooms.
Maintain product knowledge and keep up with industry trends to recommend appropriate products to guests.
Assist with reception duties such as guest check-ins, scheduling, and payments when necessary.
Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and pleasant guest experience.
Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

4 years relevant National or International Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP, ITEC, body, and facial electricals).
Elemis certification is essential.
Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in a professional beauty salon or spa environment.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude, energetic, goal-driven, and reliable.
Must have own transport.
Non-smokers only.
Clear credit and criminal records.
