Requirements

A relevant 2-year national or international certificate or diploma in beauty therapy.
At least 3 years' practical experience in a professional beauty salon or spa environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
Ability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude, who is energetic, goal-driven, and reliable.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, and advanced beauty therapies.
Perform treatments with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Assess guests' needs and customize treatments based on their preferences and skincare requirements.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene in the spa and treatment rooms.
Maintain product knowledge and keep up with industry trends to recommend appropriate products to guests.
Assist with reception duties, such as guest check-ins, scheduling, and payments when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with health and safety standards.
