What will I be doing? In your new role as Spa Therapist you will deliver the eforea spa promise, to provide a personalised, transformative spa journey, with every guest who visits 'emerging brighter' from their spa experience. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team and you will be available to work evenings and weekends.
Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Provide professional beauty treatments and services for guests, including body and facial treatments, massages and tours of the spaEnsure high standards of cleanliness, quality of service and overall appearance of the eforea spaEnsure exceptional guest experience from arrival to check out, bookings and upselling retail productsKeep up-to-date with eforea spa results and seek to positively influence them by following eforea spa and Hilton standardsConduct daily duties with integrity, respect and ownership to ensure that you maintain strong relationships with the Spa Manager and your fellow team membersWhat are we looking for?
