We are seeking an experienced and qualified Spa Therapist skilled in both traditional spa treatments and holistic wellness practices. This role is based at our flagship spa in the beautiful Winelands, Western Cape.The Spa Therapist supports Spa Management to achieve operational goals and provide exceptional guest services. This role requires both technical skills and professionalism to deliver outstanding treatments, products, and facilities with a focus on quality, safety, and hygiene.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.Perform spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, etc.) to a high standard.Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and 5-star interactions.Assist with spa opening, closing, and reception duties.Actively promote and cross-sell spa products and packages.Monitor and maintain spa inventory, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.Conduct spa tours and confidently address guest inquiries.Adhere to quality, safety, and operational policies, supporting spa audits and reporting stock needs.Administrative and Financial DutiesRecord guest information accurately and monitor inventory.Support spa KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.Ensure accurate billing and assist with monthly stock takes as needed.Academic Qualifications and BackgroundMinimum 2 years as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star luxury spa environment.Diploma in International Beauty Therapy – ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSPNVQ Level 3 in Beauty / Body TherapyMassage – Accredited Massage DiplomaBasic hairdressing skills are a plus.Required SkillsStrong treatment and product knowledgeProficiency in Microsoft office applications at intermediate levelCompetent in the use of Spa specific software programs.Team-oriented, flexible, emotionally stable, and committed to excellence.Apply NowPosition available immediately.
