Your primary duties will include:Conducting spa consultations to identify guests' needs and preferences.Performing a variety of massage and body treatments, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, facials, and body wraps.Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa area.Recommending and promoting spa products and services to guests.Maintaining accurate records of treatments administered.Ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and exceptional service.Collaborating with the team to create a peaceful and welcoming spa environment.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and continuously enhancing your skills.Requirements:Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort spa.Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments.Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive guest experience.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.Steenberg Hotel and Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
