Luxury Spa at a Lodge close to Grahamstown is looking for a Spa Therapist.
Responsibilities:

Treatments include, but are not limited to, massages, facials, and pedicures and manicures.
Guest service and relations.
Hygiene.
Equipment maintenance.
Stock levels management.
Marketing of the lodge treatments on offer.
Basic reception work in the spa.

Requirements:

A valid license to practice as a massage therapist, where required by local regulations.
Knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
Formal training from an accredited institution.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and support junior staff.
Communication skills with guests and fellow staff members.
Well-organized and likes to work in a clean environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment.
Must show initiative to problem solve and work with fellow staff.
Adhere to high service standards to ensure the best quality of service.
