Spa Therapist - Fixed Term Contract

Main Responsibilities:

Professional and efficient delivery of variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner including: body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, gel application, micro-needling;
Maintain equipment;
Keep documentation and maintain client's files on Shedul;
Keep a clean and stocked room;
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations;
Suggest and promote retail products or additional services;
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations;
Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues;
Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends;
Anticipating the guests needs and preferences;
Understands social etiquette and formal service;
Being knowledgeable about all spa therapies and retail;
Make sure that the guest has the best possible experience and stay.
Make sure that all displays are presented fresh, clean and eye catching;

Main Requirements:

Grade 12 and relevant qualification in aesthetics ie. Masters Diploma in Aesthetician; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP;
Minimum 2 - 3 years spa therapist experience;
Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, advanced facials, holistic body treatment, etc.;
Passionate about healing and wellness;
Trustworthy;
Impeccably groomed;
User level computer skills;
Fluent in English;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills;
