SPA THERAPIST - BOUTIQUE HOTEL & SPA (all-rounder)STELLENBOSCH - Cape Winelands, Western Cape (ZA)START: October 2024 / ASAPTRADING HOURS & SHIFTSMonday – Sunday08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 (must be flexible however)Rotate open & close + days offREPORT TO: Spa ManagerREMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITSR10,000 GROSS Basic Salary per monthService Commission (target based)Retail Commission (10%) from R1Cash incentives & TipsExcellent earning potentialMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)Matric / O-Level or similar high school senior certificateCIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or similar internationally recognized accreditationDIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / CosmetologyBased in or within reasonable travel distance to the STELLENBOSCHFit and healthy to perform therapies back to backBeautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of a top boutique day spa therapistEXPERIENCE:Previous spa experience (hotel spa / cruise ship or day spa)At least THREE years post-graduation spa experience (not including work integrated learning / experiential learning)ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE servicesConfident performing a detailed skin analysisAbility to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly - RETAIL confidentConfidently re-book clients where applicableStrong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
